About twenty years ago, the artist travelled to Morocco for what became a memorable and inspirational two weeks. Ever since that trip, the landscape of Morocco has continued to appear in painting after painting. Once, Cardona-Hine painted a beautifully simple Moroccan culture painting and titled it, "Final Moroccan Painting".

Final it did not become, however, and his friends still tease him about it as year after year, that country's land appears in the soft and beautiful colors he saw there. Alvaro Cardona-Hine's moroccan pictures and morocco art are very beautifu and elegant.
